Paramount Resort — Official Terms of Stay

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 02:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Availability Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Policy

  • Only registered guests with a valid government-issued photo ID are permitted to occupy or use the rooms.
  • Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior approval from hotel management.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered persons.

Room Usage Policy

Amenities & Maintenance
  • Air conditioning operates effectively only when windows and balcony doors are kept closed.
  • Hotel inventory including pillows, blankets, towels, linen, and other room amenities must not be removed from the premises.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and ensuring no disturbance is caused to other guests.
Damages Any damage to hotel property or missing items will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation & Conduct Policy

Room Stay
  • Guests are encouraged to report any concerns or suggestions promptly during their stay.
  • Late complaints may not be considered valid grounds for accommodation rate adjustments or refunds.
Right to Evict The hotel reserves the right to charge for the full stay if a guest is asked to vacate due to misbehavior, misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies.

Key Card Policy

A key card will be issued at check-in and must be returned at check-out.

Lost Card Penalty Lost or unreturned key cards will incur a penalty of INR 350 per card.

Cancellation / Postponement

Events / Group Bookings

In the event of cancellation or postponement of a confirmed booking, the following retention charges will apply on the Minimum Guaranteed (MG) amount:

  • 30 days or more prior: 20% of MG amount retained
  • 20 days prior: 35% of MG amount retained
  • 10 days prior: 50% of MG amount retained
  • 7 days prior: 75% of MG amount retained
  • 3 days or less prior: 100% of MG amount retained
  • All cancellations or postponements must be submitted in writing via email and will be effective from the date of receipt.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable and adjustable only as per the above retention structure.
  • Revised dates are subject to availability and applicable revised rates.

Pet Policy

Hygiene & Sanitation Standards

To ensure the comfort, safety, and hygiene of all guests, the resort follows a strict pet policy.

General Policy

Restriction Pets are not permitted within resort premises, including guest rooms and dining areas, unless explicitly approved and mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Unauthorized Pets

If an unauthorized pet is brought into the resort, the following measures may apply:

  • Stay Discontinuation: The resort reserves the right to discontinue the stay if policy guidelines are not adhered to. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable.
  • Additional Charges: Any damage or additional cleaning requirements arising from the presence of an unauthorized pet will be charged to the guest.
Service Animals - Exception

Service animals with valid certification may be permitted subject to prior approval from resort management. Guests are requested to:

  • Inform the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival
  • Provide all necessary documentation for verification
